A joyful spring gathering at The Realm in Henley-on-Klip, hosted by Secret Sense, The Realm and Delvey Spa. We are curating a warm, varied market of readers, holistic practitioners, makers and artists, and we would love to hold a space for you.

Your day at a glance

07:00: Stallholder access opens. Drive in, offload and set up your space.
08:30: All stalls fully set up. Vehicles moved to stallholder parking by this time.
09:00: Gates open to the public. Trading begins.
15:00: Festival closes. Pack-down begins. Please do not break down early - it thins out the market for everyone still trading.

Please note the new times. Gates now open at 09:00, an earlier start than originally announced. Setup runs 07:00 to 08:30.

What a stall includes

R100 per stall for the full day - a deliberately low founding-stallholder rate for our first festival.
A 3m x 3m marked space. Need more room? Apply for a double space in the form below.
Free public entry to the festival, promoted across Facebook, Instagram, email and local community groups.
A stallholder spotlight post on our social channels once your space is confirmed, plus a sharing pack so you can invite your own following.

What you need to bring

Your own gazebo, tables and chairs. Nothing is supplied on site.
Proper gazebo weights. Pegs alone are often not enough on this ground - please weight all four legs.
Your own power solution if you need one. There is no electricity available to stalls.
Covers or sheeting for sensitive stock. This is a colour festival - fine colour powder travels on the breeze. Please plan to cover delicate items during the colour throws.
Your own change float and card machine if you take cards. Signal is generally good, but bring a backup.
Your own refuse bags. Please leave your space exactly as you found it.

Stallholder terms

Booking and payment
Your space is reserved only once the R100 stall fee is paid. On approval we will send banking details by WhatsApp or email. Applications are reviewed for fit and category balance, so submitting this form is not an automatic booking.

Setup and pack-down
Stallholder access opens at 07:00 and all stalls must be fully set up by 08:30, with vehicles moved to stallholder parking. The festival closes at 15:00 and we ask that you do not break down before then.

On the day
Each space is 3m x 3m. Stallholders supply their own gazebo, tables, chairs, weights and refuse bags. There is no electricity. This is a colour-powder event, so please bring covers for delicate stock. Please leave your space clean.

Weather
This is an outdoor event and will proceed in light rain or ordinary changeable weather. Stallholders are responsible for suitable weather protection for their stock and equipment, and gazebos must be safely secured with appropriate weights. The organisers may delay, suspend or cancel the event if severe rain, lightning, unsafe wind or any other condition makes the site unsafe. A final weather update will be sent by WhatsApp by 18:00 on Friday 4 September where possible, with urgent safety changes communicated as soon as reasonably possible.

If you need to cancel
A stallholder who cancels on or before Saturday 29 August may request a full refund of the R100 stall fee. Cancellations after 29 August and no-shows are non-refundable, because the space may be difficult to refill, unless the organisers are able to fill it from a waiting list.

If the organisers cancel or postpone
If the organisers cancel the market and it is not rescheduled, the R100 stall fee is refunded in full. If the event is postponed, stallholders may transfer their booking to the new date or request a refund. The stall fee is the limit of any refund; stallholders remain responsible for their own travel, stock, equipment and other costs.

Liability
Stallholders are responsible for their own stock, equipment, cash and public liability. The organisers, Secret Sense, The Realm and Delvey Spa, are not liable for loss, theft or damage to stallholder property or for injury arising from a stallholder's own setup.
