Harmony Smudge Popsicle is a handpicked blend of lavender, rosemary, imphepho and cedar, twisted into a smudge stick used to cleanse spaces and crystals.

To use, light the tip and let the smoke drift through the room or over your crystals, then wave the flame out when you're done.

What's in this blend

  • Lavender — a traditional smudge-blend herb.
  • Rosemary — often burned alongside sage for its purifying scent.
  • Imphepho — a South African herb long used in cleansing and ritual work.
  • Cedar — traditionally used to ground a space after cleansing.
